Payment Policy

- All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.
- Service prices will be communicated before work begins via email, quotation, or invoice.
- Quotes are valid for a limited period and may change if the scope of work changes.
- Additional work not included in the original quote may incur extra charges.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Online payment (if enabled on the website)
- Other payment methods as agreed in writing
Payment instructions will be provided on the invoice.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is required as per the invoice due date.
- Some services may require full or partial advance payment before work begins.
- Ongoing or managed services may be billed on a weekly, monthly, or agreed billing cycle.
Failure to make payment on time may result in service delays or suspension.
4. Late Payments
- Late payments may be subject to reminders and follow-ups.
- We reserve the right to charge late fees or interest where permitted by law.
- Continued non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of services.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds will be provided for services that have already been completed.
- If a service is cancelled before work has commenced, a partial or full refund may be considered.
- Any applicable refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
6. Cancellations
- Service cancellations must be requested in writing.
- Charges may apply for work already completed or resources already allocated.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed.
7. Disputed Payments
If you believe an invoice is incorrect or wish to dispute a charge:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
- Provide relevant details and supporting information.
- We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Taxes
- Prices may be subject to GST or other applicable taxes under New Zealand law.
- Any applicable taxes will be clearly mentioned on the invoice.
9. Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services if:
- Payments are overdue
- Payment terms are breached
- Fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity is suspected
